Waivers by Mortgagor. Mortgagor, to the fullest extent that Mortgagor may do so, hereby: (a) agrees that Mortgagor will not at any time insist upon, plead, claim or take the benefit or advantage of any law now or hereafter in force providing for any appraisement, valuation, stay or extension, or any redemption after foreclosure sale, and waives and releases all rights of redemption after foreclosure sale, valuation, appraisement, stay of execution, notice of election to mature or declare due the debt secured hereby; and (b) waives all rights to a marshalling of the assets of Mortgagor, including the Mortgaged Property, or to a sale in inverse order of alienation in the event of a sale hereunder of the Mortgaged Property, and agrees not to assert any right under any statute or rule of law pertaining to the marshalling of assets, sale in inverse order of alienation, or other matters whatever to defeat, reduce or affect the right of Agent under the terms of this Mortgage to a sale of the Mortgaged Property.

Waivers by Mortgagor. (1) Mortgagor hereby waives all errors and imperfections in any proceedings instituted by Mortgagee under this Mortgage, the Loan Agreement, the Note or any other Loan Document and all benefit of any present or future statute of limitations or any other present or future statute, law, stay, moratorium, appraisal or valuation law, regulation or judicial decision which, nor shall Mortgagor at any time insist upon or plead or in any manner whatsoever claim or take any benefit or advantage of any such statute, law, stay, moratorium, regulation or judicial decision which (i) provides for the valuation or appraisal of the Mortgaged Property prior to any sale or sales thereof which may be made pursuant to any provision herein or pursuant to any decree, judgment or order of any court of competent jurisdiction, (ii) exempts any of the Mortgaged Property or any other property, real or personal or any part of the proceeds arising from any sale thereof from attachment, levy or sale under execution, (iii) provides for homestead rights or exemptions or provides for any stay of execution, moratorium, marshaling of assets, exemption from civil process, reinstatement, redemption or extension of time for payment, (iv) requires Mortgagee to institute proceedings in mortgage foreclosure against the Mortgaged Property before exercising any other remedy afforded Mortgagee hereunder in the event of an Event of Default, (v) affects any of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions of this Mortgage, or (vi) conflicts with or may affect, in a manner which may be adverse to Mortgagee, any provision, covenant, condition or term of this Mortgage, the Loan Agreement, the Note or any other Loan Document, nor shall Mortgagor at any time after any sale or sales of the Mortgaged Property pursuant to any provision herein, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, after any sale pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure, claim or exercise any right under any present or future statute, law, stay, moratorium, regulation or judicial decision to redeem the Mortgaged Property or the portion thereof so sold.
Waivers by Mortgagor. Mortgagor hereby waives and releases (a) all technical errors, defects and imperfections in any proceedings instituted by Mortgagee under this Mortgage, (b) all benefits that might accrue to Mortgagor by virtue of any present or future laws exempting the Mortgaged Property or any part of the proceeds arising from any sale thereof from attachment, levy or sale under execution, or providing for any stay of execution, exemption from civil process, or extension of time for payment, (c) all notices not herein elsewhere specifically required of Mortgagor's default or of Mortgagee's exercise, or election to exercise, any option under this Mortgage, and (d) any present or future statute of limitation or moratorium law or any other present or future law, regulation or judicial decision which provides for any stay of execution, marshaling of assets, exemption from civil process, redemption, extension of time for payment or valuation or appraisement of any of the Mortgaged Property.
Waivers by Mortgagor. Upon the happening and continuation of an Event of Default hereunder, Mortgagor hereby waives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all errors and imperfections in any proceedings instituted by Mortgagee under this Mortgage and all notices of any Event of Default (except as may be provided for under the terms hereof or of the Secured Agreement) or of Mortgagee's election to exercise or its actual exercise of any right, remedy or recourse provided for under this Mortgage and Mortgagor shall not at any time insist upon or plead, or in any manner whatever claim or take any benefit or advantage of, any present or future statute, law, regulation or judicial decision which (a) exempts any of the Mortgaged Property or any other property, real or personal, or any part of the proceeds arising from any sale thereof from attachment, levy or sale under execution, (b) provides for any stay of execution, moratorium, marshalling of assets, exemption from civil process, redemption, extension of time for payment or valuation or appraisement of any of the Mortgaged Property, or (c) conflicts with any provision, covenant or term of this Mortgage.
Waivers by Mortgagor. Mortgagor hereby expressly waives, to the extent permitted by law, the equity of redemption, any statutory right of redemption, dower and homestead and all other rights and exemptions of every kind in and to the Property.

Waivers by Mortgagor. Mortgagor hereby waives to the fullest extent permissible by law: (i) trial by jury in any litigation arising out of, relating to, or connected with this Mortgage or any other Loan Document, (ii) all statutory and equitable rights of redemption, and (iii) the benefit of all exemption laws whatsoever, or any other present or future stay, exemption, or insolvency laws of any jurisdiction, against any claim of Mortgagee for any sum of money which may become due and payable to Mortgagee under the Loan Documents.
