WAIVER OF SAN FRANCISCO SICK LEAVE ORDINANCE. In accordance, with Section 12W9, of Proposition F of the City and County of San Francisco which provides that all or any portion of the applicable requirements of this chapter shall not apply to employees covered by a bona fide Collective Bargaining Agreement to the extent that such requirements are expressly waived in the Collective Bargaining Agreement in clear and unambiguous terms, the parties hereto agree that the employers shall not be required to pay sick leave and that no employer shall be required to pay compensation to any employee because he/she is absent from work due to illness.

WAIVER OF SAN FRANCISCO SICK LEAVE ORDINANCE. The parties hereto agree to the fullest extent permitted, the Master Agreement shall operate to waive any provisions of the San Francisco Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, San Francisco Administrative Code Section 12W, effective February 5, 2007, and shall supersede and be considered to have fulfilled all requirements of said Ordinance as presently written, and/or amended during the life of this Master Agreement. 1999-2002, 2002-2006, 2006-2010, 2010-2013, 2013-2016 TEAMSTERS MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Teamster Master Labor Agreement, this letter outlines the parties agreement in regards to the following:

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.

  • Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave. This leave is non-cumulative.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ORDINANCE Contractor shall comply with the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity Ordinance as set out in Section 15-17 of the Code of Ordinance.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions The Borrower has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions, and the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrower its directors and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects. None of (a) the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, or (b) to the knowledge of the Borrower, any agent of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that will act in any capacity in connection with or benefit from the credit facility established hereby, is a Sanctioned Person. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit, use of proceeds or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Anti-Corruption Law or applicable Sanctions.

  • Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.

  • Executive Order Minimum Wage rate (1) The Recipient shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this agreement, a minimum hourly wage rate of $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2015.
