Waiver of Restrictions. The Committee, in its sole discretion, may at any time waive any or all restrictions with respect to any shares of Restricted Stock.
Waiver of Restrictions a) An employee may request in writing to work hours beyond the daily maximum, additional evenings and/or weekends paid at straight time; in which case, the restrictions in Articles 14.01, 14.04 b) c), 14.05, and 14.07 do not apply. This Article applies to all categories of employees.
Waiver of Restrictions. The Option Committee, in its sole discretion, may waive the repurchase or forfeiture period and any other terms, conditions, or restrictions on any Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units under such circumstances and subject to such terms and conditions as the Option Committee shall deem appropriate; provided, however, that the Option Committee may not adjust performance goals for any Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units intended to be exempt under Section 162(m) of the Code for the year in which the Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Unit is settled in such a manner as would increase the amount of compensation otherwise payable to a Participant.

Newco shall take all steps necessary to ---------------------- cause each VERITAS Employee Plan which is an "employee welfare benefit plan" under Section 3(1) of ERISA to waive any restrictions or limitations with respect to "pre-existing conditions" or prior medical history which would apply to transferring Employee or beneficiary thereof who is otherwise eligible to participate in such VERITAS Employee Plan and VERITAS Benefit Arrangement from participating in such plan or arrangement without restriction or limitation.
Waiver of Restrictions. RCC may waive the restrictions on Employee imposed in Section 12 at any time. In the event of such waiver: (i) RCC shall not be obligated to make any further monthly payments pursuant to Section 12(e); and (ii) any payment due pursuant to Section 12(e) at the expiration of the period stated in Section 12(a) shall be prorated and paid at the time of the waiver.

The Administrator may, from time to time, waive the provisions of Section 3.3 or Section 3.4 of this Agreement, subject to the imposition of any conditions or further requirements, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, to the extent the Administrator waives the application of Section 3.3 or Section 3.4, (i) equivalent restrictions on the Grantee’s other equity, if any, held in KKR Holdings L.P., the Corporation or any of their respective Affiliates (or any of their respective equity incentive plans) may be imposed and (ii) the Grantee hereby consents in advance to the imposition of such equivalent restrictions for purposes of the governing documents of Grantee’s other equity, if any, held in KKR Holdings L.P., the Corporation or any of their respective Affiliates (or any of their respective equity incentive plans).
Waiver of Restrictions. The Company hereby consents to the transfers of the Shares that are the subject of this Agreement and waives any restrictions on transfer applicable to such Shares with respect to the transfers contemplated by this Agreement. 11.10

The Administrator may, from time to time, waive the provisions of Section 3.3 or Section 3.4 of this Agreement, subject to the imposition of any conditions or further requirements, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Waiver of Restrictions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, either Party may, at any time and from time to time, waive in writing any of the conditions or restrictions contained in this ARTICLE 8. Each Party agrees to keep any request for a waiver and the approval or denial thereof confidential under the terms of Section 7.1 of the License Agreement.
