All travel reimbursement must be consistent with N.J.S.A. 18:11-12, and the OMB circular, where applicable, and approved by the Board of Education prior to the trip. Reimbursement or payment for such expenses shall be made in accordance with P.L. 2007, c.53, The School District Accountability Act and affiliated regulations, and Board policies.

  • Other Insurances Contractor may be required to carry additional insurance based upon the nature of the work to be performed (scope of services). For each additional required insurance, a corresponding certificate of insurance must be provided. Claims-made policies must have a retroactive date either prior to the effective date of the Contract or the beginning of the Contract work. Claims-made coverage must extend a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work or end of current Contract, whichever is later. If coverage is cancelled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims made policy with a retroactive date prior to the Contract effective date, the Contractor must purchase extended reporting coverage for a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work. Contractor shall maintain a policy limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per incident, with a deductible or self-insured retention not to exceed *$2,500 unless approved by the County.

  • Relation to other International Agreements 1. The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the WTO Agreement and any other agreements related to trade to which the Parties are party (1).

  • Other Accounts On the date of withdrawal of any Deposit, the Escrow Agent, or the Pass Through Trustee on behalf of the Escrow Agent, shall be entitled to re-deposit with the Depositary any portion thereof and the Depositary shall accept the same for deposit hereunder. Any sums so received for deposit shall be established as a new Deposit and credited to a new Account, all as more fully provided in Section 2.1 hereof, and thereafter the provisions of this Agreement shall apply thereto as fully and with the same force and effect as if such Deposit had been established on the Deposit Date except that (i) such Deposit may not be withdrawn prior to the date seven days after the establishment thereof and (ii) such Deposit shall mature on June 15, 2000 (as such date may be extended from time to time to the fifteenth day after the Delivery Period Termination Date) and bear interest as provided in Section 2.2.   • Other Insurance Requirements (a) Thirty (30) days’ advance written notice shall be provided to the City of cancellation, intended non-renewal, or reduction in coverages, except for non-payment for which no less than ten (10) days’ notice shall be provided to City. Notices shall be sent to the City address set forth in Section 11.1 entitled “Notices to the Parties.”

  • Compliance with Other Instruments The execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of this Agreement and the consummation by the Purchaser of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement will not result in any violation or default (i) of any provisions of its organizational documents, (ii) of any instrument, judgment, order, writ or decree to which it is a party or by which it is bound, (iii) under any note, indenture or mortgage to which it is a party or by which it is bound, (iv) under any lease, agreement, contract or purchase order to which it is a party or by which it is bound or (v) of any provision of federal or state statute, rule or regulation applicable to the Purchaser, in each case (other than clause (i)), which would have a material adverse effect on the Purchaser or its ability to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Other Insurance If requested by the Director, Contractor shall furnish adequate evidence of Social Security and Unemployment Compensation Insurance, to the extent applicable to Contractor’s operations under this Agreement.

  • Access to Documents To the extent applicable to this Agreement, in accordance with §1861(v)(I)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 USC §1395x) as amended, and the provisions of 42 CFR §420.300 et seq, Contractor will allow, during and for a period of not less than four (4) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, access to this Agreement and its books, documents, and records; and contracts between Contractor and its subcontractors or related organizations, including books, documents and records relating to same, by the Comptroller General of the United States, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and their duly authorized representatives.

  • Withdrawals Each of the Members does hereby covenant and agree that it will not withdraw, resign, retire or disassociate from the Company, except as a result of a Transfer of its entire Interest in the Company permitted under the terms of this Agreement and that it will carry out its duties and responsibilities hereunder until the Company is terminated, liquidated and dissolved under Section 13. No Member shall be entitled to receive any distribution or otherwise receive the fair market value of its Interest in compensation for any purported resignation or withdrawal not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Audit Rights Period for All Other Accounts and Records Accounts and records related to a Party’s performance or satisfaction of its obligations under this Agreement other than those described in Article 25.4.1 of this Agreement shall be subject to audit as follows: (i) for an audit relating to cost obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the auditing Party’s receipt of an invoice giving rise to such cost obligations; and (ii) for an audit relating to all other obligations, the applicable audit rights period shall be twenty-four months after the event for which the audit is sought.
