Relation to other International Agreements. 1. The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the WTO Agreement and any other agreements related to trade to which the Parties are party (1).
Relation to other International Agreements. 1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Parties under the WTO Agreement and the other agreements negotiated thereunder to which they are a party and any other international agreement to which they are a party.

The Parties confirm their rights and obligations under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization and the other agreements negotiated thereunder (hereinafter referred to as “the WTO Agreement”) to which they are parties and any other international agreement applicable between them.
Relation to other International Agreements. With respect to matters related to this Chapter, the Parties confirm the rights and obligations existing under any bilateral or multilateral agreements to which they are a party.

The provisions of this Chapter shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Parties under other international agreements, to which Colombia and one or several EFTA States are parties. It is understood that any dispute settlement mechanism in an investment protection agreement to which Colombia and one EFTA State are parties is not applicable to alleged breaches of this Chapter.
Relation to other International Agreements. 1. The provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of either Contracting Party under any other international agreements to which either Contracting Party is a party.

Relation to other International Agreements. (A) The Parties agree that the provisions of other international trade agreements to which they are a Party are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Parties shall seek to interpret such agree- ments in a mutually supportive manner.
Relation to other International Agreements. The provisions of this Chapter shall be applied without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Parties under other international investment agreements, to which Peru and an EFTA State are parties. It is understood that any dispute settlement mechanism in investment protection agreements, to which Peru and an EFTA State are parties, is not applicable to alleged breaches of this Chapter.
Relation to other International Agreements. 1. This Agreement shall not preclude the maintenance or establishment of customs unions, free trade areas and arrangements for frontier trade insofar as they do not have the effect of altering the trade arrangements provided for in this Agreement.
