Viewing. Viewing is by appointment only. Unless otherwise approved viewing is limited to one (1) visit by two (2) representatives per Buyer. All parties viewing merchandise will be required to register and have valid identification. Rapaport reserves the right to monitor viewing with video surveillance cameras, limit viewing to select pre-qualified parties, and reasonably restrict viewing. No party shall have any merchandise on their person or in their possession when entering, exiting, or in the viewing rooms.
Viewing. You acknowledge that the Services are to be viewed only at your service address and under no circumstances shall they be exhibited in any common or public area or for any public viewing purposes. Any exhibition other than as set forth above shall constitute a material breach by you and will result in deactivation of the Services. The programming may not be rebroadcast, reproduced, transmitted or performed except as in accordance with these Terms of Service, nor may an admission fee be charged for program viewing. If you are using any of the Services outside of a residential dwelling, you are responsible to ensure you have the appropriate rights granted to display any and all content.

Viewing. Management shall be responsible for viewing all videos as necessary.
Viewing. To permit the Landlord or Xxxxxxxx’s Agent during the eight weeks immediately preceding the determination of the tenancy to affix and maintain upon any part of the premises a notice that the Premises are to be let or sold and during the said period of eight weeks to permit any person to view the Premises, who is authorised in that behalf by the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent at all reasonable times following notice of a minimum of 24 hours. Leaving the Premises Unoccupied Not to leave the Premises vacant or unoccupied for a period in excess of 28 consecutive days without first giving notice to the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent. When the Premises are left unattended to fasten securely all locks and bolts fitted to doors and windows in the Premises and activate any burglar alarm system fitted in the Premises and during the winter months to take adequate precautions to avoid damage by freezing. To ensure that details of responsible keyholders are made readily available to the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent. Locks and Keys Not to alter change or install any locks on any doors or windows in or about the Premises or have any additional keys made for any locks without the prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld) of the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent. To deliver to the Landlord or Xxxxxxxx’s Agent at the end of the tenancy all keys whether original or additional and in the event that any such keys have been lost pay to the Landlord on demand any costs incurred by the Landlord in replacing the locks to which the lost keys belonged. To inform the Landlord immediately on the discovery of missing keys or access/alarm codes or if security of the Property is compromised in any way. For the avoidance of doubt the Tenant is responsible for the costs of replacing any keys or codes and must provide the Landlord with a new set of keys and details of replacement codes.

Viewing. All interested parties are welcome to inspect the land, by foot only. All persons when viewing must ensure that they are in possession of these letting particulars and furthermore ensure that the gates etc. are left entirely as found. We nor the owner will be held liable for any injuries which may be sustained whilst viewing the land. TENDERS Tenders must be submitted on the Tender Form attached to these letting particulars, which must be completed in full.
