Viewing Sample Clauses

Viewing. You acknowledge that the Services are to be viewed only at your service address and under no circumstances shall they be exhibited in any common or public area or for any public viewing purposes. Any exhibition other than as set forth above shall constitute a material breach by you and will result in deactivation of the Services. The programming may not be rebroadcast, reproduced, transmitted or performed except as in accordance with these Terms of Service, nor may an admission fee be charged for program viewing. If you are using any of the Services outside of a residential dwelling, you are responsible to ensure you have the appropriate rights granted to display any and all content.

Viewing. Viewing of Merchandise is by appointment only and is limited to one (1) visit by two (2) representatives per ▇▇▇▇▇. Viewing parties will be required to register and have valid identification. Rapaport reserves the right to monitor viewing with video surveillance cameras, limit viewing to select pre-qualified parties, and reasonably restrict viewing. No party shall have any Merchandise on their person or in their possession when entering, exiting, or whilst in the viewing rooms.

Viewing. 5.1.2.1 A Teacher shall be permitted to examine her/his own official personnel file in the presence of a DCPS Office of Human Resources representative. 5.1.2.2 A Teacher shall be permitted to obtain a copy of the material contained in her/his official personnel files pursuant to D.C. Code § 1-631.05. 5.1.2.3 A WTU representative shall be permitted to examine a Teacher’s official personnel file in the presence of a representative from the DCPS Office of Human Resources upon written authorization from the Teacher. 5.1.2.4 The DCPS Office of Human Resources shall maintain a record reflecting the name and title of each person who has been granted access to a Teacher’s official personnel file. Teachers shall be provided a copy of the record upon request. 5.1.2.5 DCPS shall keep accurate records pertaining to building and system seniority for each Teacher.

Viewing. In accordance with A.R.S. § 39-121, public records may be viewed. In order to review records an appointment must be made by contacting the custodian of records. Processing time may vary.

Viewing. The property may only be viewed by appointment. Prospective tenants are asked to telephone the Estate Office to request an accompanied viewing.
