Venue Oversight. A designated contact person from your organization is required. This person will assume responsibility for the event and must be present during the event. The hosting organization is to provide ushers to sell and collect tickets, manage crowds, make sure everyone is in a seat, all aisles are not blocked and to pick up all trash immediately following the conclusion of the program. If the customer is unable to provide ushers, Student Union ushers may be hired. No lit candles or open flame devices are permitted on the premises. Tap dancing is not allowed in the venue. Performer’s masks can only be worn when inside the theatre, during the performance.

Venue Oversight. Although the Venue will be owned by the City, a related entity or designee, and operated by Astros, a Board of Advisors (the “Board of Advisors”) shall, inter alia, advise the City Council on the use of the Capital Maintenance Fund (as described in sections 8(c)-(e) herein) and generally serve as the community’s connection to and “eyes and ears” over the Venue. The Board of Advisors shall meet at least annually. It is anticipated that the Board of Advisors will have nine members, including one appointed by the Astros, one by the Master Developer of the Project, one by the Venue Naming Rights Partner. The remaining members will be appointed by public bodies and/or significant community organizations (such as the Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureau, Economic Development Authority, City Councils, County Commission local neighborhood associations, etc.). The precise composition, scope of responsibilities, etc. of the Board of Advisors will be established in and subject to the Definitive Agreements.

  • NEW YORK STATE VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY The Contractor shall at all times during the Contract term remain responsible. The Contractor agrees, if requested by the Commissioner of OGS or her designee, to present evidence of its continuing legal authority to do business in New York State, integrity, experience, ability, prior performance, and organizational and financial capacity. The Commissioner of OGS or his or her designee, in his or her sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend any or all activities under this Contract, at any time, when he or she discovers information that calls into question the responsibility of the Contractor. In the event of such suspension, the Contractor will be given written notice outlining the particulars of such suspension. Upon issuance of such notice, the Contractor must comply with the terms of the suspension order. Contract activity may resume at such time as the Commissioner of OGS or his or her designee issues a written notice authorizing a resumption of performance under the Contract. The Contractor agrees that if it is found by the State that the Contractor’s responses to the Questionnaire were intentionally false or intentionally incomplete, on such finding, the Commissioner may terminate the Contract. Upon written notice to the Contractor, and a reasonable opportunity to be heard with appropriate OGS officials or staff, the Contract may be terminated by the Commissioner of OGS or his or her designee at the Contractor’s expense where the Contractor is determined by the Commissioner of OGS or his or her designee to be non-responsible. In such event, the Commissioner of OGS or his or her designee may complete the contractual requirements in any manner he or she may deem advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach. In no case shall such termination of the Contract by the State be deemed a breach thereof, nor shall the State be liable for any damages for lost profits or otherwise, which may be sustained by the Contractor as a result of such termination.

  • LOT OVERVIEW This Contract encompasses the Lots listed in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. The following descriptions, as applicable, delineate the scope of the awarded Lots.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Monitoring and Oversight 9 To permit the SCSB as the Authorizer hereunder to fulfill its monitoring and oversight functions under the Act, U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(c), and ensure that the School is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement10, the Charter School agrees to fully support SCSB’s oversight and monitoring responsibilities including responding to all timely requests for reports,11 audits,12 formal and informal investigations, formal and informal visits and inspections of books and records of the Charter School.13 SCSB will use best efforts in exercising its oversight function to secure and review information or records that have been previously submitted by the Charter Schools to relieve administrative cost associated with duplicate requests.
