– VACATION TIME & VACATION PAY. 14.01 Employees shall be eligible for unpaid vacation time between January 1st and December 31st of each calendar year, to be scheduled pursuant to the Employee’s and the Employer’s mutual agreement. Vacation time will be granted to Employees at the start of employment or January 1st of each year. Vacation time granted for Employees whose first day is mid-year will be prorated proportionally to the time remaining in the calendar year.
