Calendar Changes. A. Professional staff members will be notified in writing five (5) work days prior to changing, deleting or interrupting regularly scheduled classes for assemblies, programs or other events. Exceptions to the above may be allowed in emergency situations and in unforeseen circumstances. When this occurs, affected professional staff members and the Association Representative will be notified in writing as soon as possible.

Schedule Cut-Off Date The Company shall notify employees who have not scheduled vacation by June 1st and, in consultation, will then schedule their unused vacation periods, which shall be taken before December 31st.
