Vacation Pay for Regular Employees on Short. Time Vacation pay will be computed at the rate of two percent (2%) of annual earnings for each week of vacation granted. At no time shall an employee's vacation be less than the equivalent of forty (40) hours' pay per week of vacation, provided he has worked fifty percent (50%) of the time in the previous vacation year. Vacations and Paid Holidays shall be considered as time worked. This provision shall only apply to employees on short-time due to layoff, sickness or Worker's Compensation and shall not apply to employees who sever or have their employment severed. This clause applies to an employee who has more than twelve (12) months of continuous service.
