Vacation Leave on Retirement. A retiring employee, who is at least fifty-five (55) years old, and with a minimum of five (5) years service, shall be granted full vacation entitlement for the final calendar year of service. A retiring employee who is subsequently rehired shall not be entitled to this provision on a second (2nd) occasion.
