Vacancies and Postings. a. Whenever any vacancy in any position covered by this Agreement in the District shall occur, the Board shall publicize the same by posting an official written form of such vacancy in each employee lounge, and a copy of such notice shall be given to each MEA Building Representative. This notice is to be posted for a period of at least five (5) working days prior to the application deadline.
