Use of the Hangar Space. The Hangar Space shall be used only for the storage of the Aircraft. No commercial activity of any kind whatsoever shall be conducted by the tenant in, from or around the Hangar Space or the Hangar floor. Commercial activity shall include, but not be limited to, the sales, rental, and charter or leasing of aircraft, providing flight instruction, aerial survey or photography work. Tenant is not permitted to use the Hangar Space for the storage of automobiles, vehicles, boats or other property not directly associated with the operation of the Aircraft. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the City shall determine in its sole discretion whether any item or property is directly associated with the operation of the Aircraft. The Tenant shall immediately remove any and all items and property identified by the City as inappropriate use of hanger space. Unacceptable items and property include, but are not limited to, furniture, quantities of cardboard boxes, books, brochures or magazines, shop equipment such as compressors or drill presses or appliances such as refrigerators. Tenant is not permitted, nor shall the Tenant permit others, to perform maintenance on any Aircraft in or about the Hangar Space, except for such routine, preventative maintenance performed by owner without the assistance of an FAA certified aircraft, power plant or avionics technician. Maintenance is defined as the inspection, overhaul, minor or major repair, minor or major alteration, or preservation of an aircraft, power plant, propeller or applicable component, and the replacement of parts thereto, but it excludes preventative maintenance as defined in 14 CFR 43 Appendix A, provided that the person performing the preventative maintenance is qualified as specified in 14 CFR 65 Subpart D. The Tenant shall not perform or permit others to perform any hazardous operation including refueling of Aircraft, fuel transfer, welding, torch cutting, torch soldering, doping and spray painting on the premises. All flammable liquids shall be stored in cabinets, in accordance with the standards set forth in the National Fire Protection Association Publications Number 30, Flammable Materials and Number 409, Aircraft Hangars, and further provide that such storage of any such flammable liquids shall be limited to a maximum of five (5) gallons.   • Use of the Premises 8.1. To use the Premises only as a private residence for the occupation of the Tenant and his immediate family.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

  • Access to Premises Landlord, its agents, servants, or employees may enter the Premises at reasonable times with reasonable advance notice to Tenant (or an authorized employee of Tenant at the Premises), and at any time, upon reasonable notice to Tenant under the circumstances, in an emergency, to do the following: inspect the Premises; comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and requirements of any governmental unit or authority for which Landlord may be responsible under this Lease, if any; show the Premises to prospective lenders or purchasers and, during the ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration of this Lease if Tenant declines to renew for an additional term in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to prospective tenants, but only if all such showings are accompanied by a representative of Tenant if so requested by Tenant; or post (on the Development, but not within or at the entrance of the Premises) for sale or for lease signs; provided; however, that all such entries shall be completed promptly in a good workmanlike manner so as to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business and Tenant’s use of the Premises. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Premises The Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant and Tenant's immediate family, consisting of , exclusively, as a private single family dwelling, and no part of the Premises shall be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single family dwelling. Tenant shall not allow any other person, other than Tenant's immediate family or transient relatives and friends who are guests of Tenant, to use or occupy the Premises without first obtaining Landlord's written consent to such use. Tenant shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules and orders of any and all governmental or quasi-governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy and preservation of the Premises.

  • Use of University Facilities Members may use the office assigned to them in connection with such professionally-related activities as preparation of professional manuscripts and materials, scholarly endeavors, approved consultancies, and service to professional associations, schools, or other groups or agencies for whom such service is appropriate. Upon request, faculty may use laboratories and studios for non-sponsored research and other scholarly activity. Upon request, faculty may use meeting rooms and other physical facilities for professionally-related groups subject to availability and prevailing policies of the University governing use of facilities. The facilities of the TRC, Print Shop, computer labs and the use of University equipment are available to the faculty in connection with professional writing, research, or approved service projects subject to availability and to reimbursement at prevailing rates charged by the University.

  • Use of Building With prior notice to the principal/director, Association members of that school may hold meetings in their school building before or after regular duty hours or after the student contact day. Assigned duties take priority over such meetings.
