Flammable Materials. No flammable oils or other flammable, dangerous or explosive materials shall be kept or permitted to be kept in the Leased Premises.
Flammable Materials. Except for such limited quantities of office materials and supplies as are customarily utilized in Tenant’s normal business operations, Tenant shall not use or keep in the Premises or the Building any kerosene, gasoline, flammable or combustible fluid or material, other than those limited quantities of normal business operating materials as may reasonably be necessary for the operation or maintenance of office equipment. Nor shall Tenant keep or bring into the Premises or the Building any other toxic or hazardous material specifically disallowed pursuant to California state law.
Flammable Materials. Burning of candles or incense and/or storage of gasoline, kerosene lamps, and other flammable materials is prohibited inside the residence halls or on residence hall grounds. No open flames of any kind are allowed.
Flammable Materials. No flammable materials such as xxxxxxx, tissue paper, crepe paper, etc. will be permitted to be used for decorations. Open flames in any area of the building are strictly prohibited, regardless of how they are fueled, unless approved by Management. Permits are required from the Rural Metro Fire Department for any open flames.
Flammable Materials. No flammable fluids or materials of any nature may be used in any Exhibitor Conference Room and/or decorative materials, including any materials the use of which is prohibited by national, state or city fire regulations.
Flammable Materials. Local health and safety codes and state insurance regulations make it mandatory that no gasoline or other combustible, flammable materials shall be kept in any apartment and under no circumstances shall, gas grills, motorcycles, mini-bikes or other gasoline powered equipment be kept in an apartment or on patio/balcony areas.
Flammable Materials. No flammable fluids or materials of any nature, including decorative materials, prohibited by national, state, or city fire regulations, may be used in any booth. The following require prior written authorization: Heat-producing, smoke-emitting and open flame devices, lasers or X-ray equipment and the use, handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste of any compressed gases.
Flammable Materials. No flammable materials such as xxxxxxx, tissue paper, crepe paper, etc. will be permitted to be used for decoration or otherwise. All materials used for decorative or scenic purposes must be treated with a flame-retardant and approved by the Lake Xxxxxx Fire Department.
Flammable Materials. The Tenant shall not keep or permit to be kept on the Premises any flammable or combustible fluid, chemical, or explosive material of any kind. Tenant shall not burn any trash or garbage of any kind in or about the Premises, or the Project.
Flammable Materials. The contractor guarantees that representative tests made under the procedure provided in Section 4 of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Acts show that the fabrics contained in the items included in this contract are not under the provisions of the act and that the items purchased meet all fire regulations and Cal-OSHA requirements.
