Flammable Materials. No flammable oils or other flammable, dangerous or explosive materials shall be kept or permitted to be kept in the Leased Premises.

Flammable Materials. Except for such limited quantities of office materials and supplies as are customarily utilized in Tenant’s normal business operations, Tenant shall not use or keep in the Premises or the Building any kerosene, gasoline, flammable or combustible fluid or material, other than those limited quantities of normal business operating materials as may reasonably be necessary for the operation or maintenance of office equipment. Nor shall Tenant keep or bring into the Premises or the Building any other toxic or hazardous material specifically disallowed pursuant to California state law.
Flammable Materials. Burning of candles or incense and/or storage of gasoline, kerosene lamps, and other flammable materials is prohibited inside the residence halls or on residence hall grounds. No open flames of any kind are allowed.
