Use of Subcontractors to Complete Projects. Participating Contractors are responsible for all of the work performed by subcontractors, including ensuring that subcontractors adhere to Program policies and standards; • Upon request, the Participating Contractor must provide information related to all subcontractors providing Program services, fully describing the nature of these relationships, ownership data, and other information requested by Pepco; and • Participating Contractor cannot employ as a subcontractor any firm that has been suspended or terminated from this Program or any other Pepco program without Pepco’s prior written permission. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and/or termination from the Program.

Retaining such subcontractors without obtaining PSE&G’ s written permission may result in disciplinary action and/or termination of Participating Contractor from the HVAC Program.

  • Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

  • PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS The Contractor is obligated to take one of the two following actions within seven days after receipt of payment by the County for work performed by any subcontractor under this Contract:

  • Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.

  • Contractor’s Submittals The Contract shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Work Project Schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, the Contractor shall review each submittal for compliance with the Contract Documents and certify its approval by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without the Contractor’s certification will be returned without review or comment, and any delay resulting from such certification is the Contractor's responsibility.

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM A AND B Form A and Form B should be completed for Contracts for consulting services in accordance with Section XI.18.C of the Office of the State Comptroller’s Guide to Financial Operations (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/guide/MyWebHelp/), “Consultant Disclosure Legislation,” and the following:

  • List of Subcontractors Contractor shall list all Subcontractors, as part of the Quote, as provided for in Attachment A, ordering procedures.

  • Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.
