In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.

In all solicitations made by the GPC, either by competitive biddings or negotiation for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the GPC of the GPC’s obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion or family status. However, this Section 9.05(c) does not affect in any manner the restrictions of Section 9.02 of this Agreement.

The Contractor shall also require in writing, that all its subcontractors and suppliers are obligated to the same Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement. Contractor shall ensure compliance with such terms and conditions by its subcontractors and suppliers.
