USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. CONSULTANT shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.
USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 2 8.1 COUNTY intends to permit CONTRACTOR the rent-free use of office 3 space, office furniture, and office equipment located in any and all offices 4 and COUNTY facilities at which CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY 5 staff pursuant to this Agreement, as is more particularly set forth in that 6 certain lease or license agreement described in Subparagraph 8.2, below. As 7 stated in the lease or license agreement, said office space, office furniture, 8 and equipment shall be used solely by employees of CONTRACTOR while performing 9 their assigned duties pursuant to this Agreement.
USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY. 9.1 CONTRACTOR shall be co-located with COUNTY staff, at a COUNTY facility, to provide services under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall enter into a rent- free lease agreement with ADMINISTRATOR for the co-location and shall execute all terms and conditions of said agreement upon ADMINISTRATOR’S presentation of said document to CONTRACTOR. Failure to execute the license agreement will result in a breach of this Agreement.
