Development Coordination. Unless specifically provided in this Agreement to the contrary, all submittals to the City or approvals required of the City in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to or rendered by the City Administrator, or his designee, who shall have general responsibility for coordinating development with Developer.
Development Coordination. 30. The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of discussions with other multilateral and bilateral aid agencies that may have implications for the implementation of the Project. The Borrower shall provide ADB with an opportunity to comment on any resulting policy reforms which could affect the Project, and shall take into account ADB’s views before finalizing and implementing any such proposals. Development Coordination. (i) Progenics shall conduct such Development tasks as Salix may request it to perform as part of the Development of Products hereunder, subject to such reasonable compensation and other terms as the Parties may agree. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Section 4.2(c)(i) do not limit or qualify the provisions of Sections 2.10 and 3.3, and no compensation or reimbursement of expenses shall be payable by Salix to Progenics in connection with Progenics’s participation in the Committees.
Development Coordination. In preparing the program, ADB closely coordinated with the development partners involved in Ulaanbaatar’s urban sector, such as the European Investment Bank, GIZ, Japan International Cooperation Agency, UN-HABITAT, United States Millennium Challenge Account and the World Bank. The program will be directly supported by three other ADB-financed projects: (i) a bus rapid transit line from the city center to Xxxxx subcenter; 13 (ii) a loan to support, amongst other activities, housing and micro-, small-, and medium enterprises financing in the ger areas targeted by the program; 14 and (iii) a capacity development technical assistance aiming to strengthen the MUB’s capacities in urban planning (footnote 12).
Development Coordination. IntraNet Solutions and ShowCase will each appoint individuals to serve as a Partner Manager, who will be responsible for the general overall development activities of the parties hereunder, and a Technical Interface, who will be responsible for the technical aspects of the development activities of the parties hereunder. The Partner Managers and Technical Interfaces will serve as the focal point for all communications related to the development activities of the two companies hereunder.
Development Coordination. Unless specifically provided in this Agreement to the contrary, the contact person representing the County shall be the County Engineer who shall have general responsibility for coordinating development of the improvements required herein. Subdivider shall notify the County Engineer when improvements shall be installed. The Planning Director shall coordinate development exactions related to parks fees, school fees and affordable housing or construction of affordable housing.
Development Coordination. Coordination: Once a Subdivision Application is submitted to the County Planning and Development Department, a coordination meeting or correspondence shall occur between the Developer and the County and City’s Planning & Development and Public Works Directors, any other jurisdictional entities that exist within the AOI boundaries which provide services to the applicable Application, and other personnel as determined necessary, to ensure all parties understand and accept their respective roles and responsibilities and are in agreement in the enforcement of this Area of City Impact Agreement. In the event the City receives inquiry or contact by a Developer or other person interested in developing or constructing upon any parcel in the County’s jurisdiction, the City shall refer said person(s) to the County Planning & Development Department.
Development Coordination. During the planning and development of the LETC 45 and the Center on the County Property, the County shall endeavor to hold regular meetings, at CITY OF TUSTIN/COUNTY OF ORANGE AGREEMENT 1 least quarterly, with City representatives including the Assistant City Manager and the 2 Community Development Director, and their representatives, to discuss the planning, 3 development, and operational issues of mutual concern, including the preparation, submission 4 and review of concept plans, design development drawings and Construction Documents. Such 5 meetings shall serve as a forum for exchange of information concerning the design and
Development Coordination. Except as contemplated by Section 5.4(b), Photocure shall not conduct, nor shall it permit any of its Affiliates or licensees to conduct, any Development with respect to Lumacan Products except in accordance with a plan that has been approved by the Steering Committee.
