Provided Equipment definition

Provided Equipment means any equipment, including but not limited to, manufacturing and test equipment; supplies, Materials, and documentation which Company provides to Contractor for use in providing services under this Agreement and for which Company retains title of ownership
Provided Equipment means any onQ HA Appliance or other hardware provided to you by Quorum or a reseller, unless purchased by you (from Quorum or a reseller) for your use with the Service.

Examples of Provided Equipment in a sentence

  • Excludes subsequent reports (additional customer calls while the trouble is pending), Customer Provided Equipment (CPE) troubles, troubles reported but not found (Found OK and Test OK), and troubles closed due to customer action.

  • Customer is solely responsible for providing and maintaining working PBX equipment and handsets (Customer- Provided Equipment), notifying and training its users regarding proper use of the system in accordance with applicable, including regulatory, requirements, and for any programming to its telephone system that may be necessary to enable direct dialing of N11 numbers such as 911 or 711 and to enable calls to be connected to new area codes.

  • Contractor understands and acknowledges that it shall under no circumstances be considered to have any ownership or proprietary interest in Provided Equipment.

  • Contractor will not mortgage, pledge, assign or borrow against such Provided Equipment.

  • The service provides connectivity between ISDN compatible Customer Provided Equipment (CPE) and a serving central office.

  • Contractor shall not be required to pay for use of the Commission provided equipment and facilities identified in the List of Provided Equipment and Facilities that is attached to and part of this Agreement, with Contractor's use to be solely for performance under this Agreement in a safe, careful, workmanlike and non-negligent manner and Contractor responsible for any damages resulting from a breach of this obligation.

  • Contractor agrees to segregate and label such Provided Equipment.
