Use of BellSouth Certified Supplier. ALEC Inc., shall select a supplier that has been approved by BellSouth to perform all engineering and installation work required in the Remote Collocation Space per TR 73503 specifications (“Certified Supplier”). BellSouth shall provide ALEC Inc., with a list of Certified Suppliers upon request. The Certified Supplier(s) shall be responsible for installing ALEC Inc.,’s equipment and components, extending power cabling to the BellSouth power distribution frame, performing operational tests after installation is complete, and notifying BellSouth’s Outside Plant engineers and ALEC Inc., upon successful completion of installation. The Certified Supplier shall xxxx XXXX Inc., directly for all work performed for ALEC Inc., pursuant to this Attachment and BellSouth shall have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the Certified Supplier. BellSouth shall consider certifying ALEC Inc., or any supplier proposed by ALEC Inc.,. All work performed by or for ALEC Inc., shall conform to generally accepted industry guidelines and standards.

Unless the BellSouth Certified Supplier has met the requirements for all of the required work activities, ACCESS Integrated must use a different BellSouth Certified Supplier for the work activities associated with transmission equipment, switching equipment and power equipment. ACCESS Integrated, if a BellSouth Certified Supplier, or ACCESS Integrated’s BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) shall be responsible for installing ACCESS Integrated's equipment and associated components, extending power cabling to the BellSouth power distribution frame, performing operational tests after installation is complete, and notifying BellSouth's equipment engineers and ACCESS Integrated upon successful completion of the installation and any associated work. The BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) shall be responsible for installing GulfPines’ equipment and associated components, extending power cabling to the BellSouth power distribution frame, performing operational tests after installation is completed, and notifying BellSouth's equipment engineers and GulfPines upon successful completion of the installation, etc. The BellSouth Certified Supplier shall xxxx GulfPines directly for all work performed for GulfPines pursuant to this Attachment. BellSouth shall have no liability for, nor responsibility to pay, such charges imposed by GulfPines’ BellSouth Certified Supplier. The BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) shall be responsible for installing T-Mobile's equipment and components, extending power cabling to the BellSouth power distribution frame, performing operational tests after installation is complete, and notifying BellSouth's equipment engineers and T-Mobile upon successful completion of installation, etc. The BellSouth Certified Supplier shall bill T-Mobile directly for all neither work performed for T-Mobile pursuant to this Agreement and BellSouth shall have no liability for nor responsibility to pay such charges imposed by the BellSouth Certified Supplier. BellSouth shall make available to T-Mobile or any supplier proposed by T-Mobile its BellSouth Certified Supplier program and shall not unreasonably withhold such certification. All work performed by or for T-Mobile shall conform to generally accepted industry guidelines and standards.
