Power Distribution a. Distribution shall be one electrical room for approximately each 19,000 usable square feet.

Standard power distribution is provided with UL certified surge protected power distribution bars, but optional hard‐wired configurations are available. Power bars are sized with sufficient outlets to support all equipment, and can be 15 amp or 20 amp. Drawings and reference information representing the proposed electrical distribution will be submitted to the customer for review and approval prior to fabrication.

Power Distribution. A complete electrical system shall be provided in accordance with applicable codes from a 120/208V, 3-phase 3600-amp service to panelboards with circuit breakers and distribution as required to provide power for building systems, lighting, and convenience outlets.
Power Distribution. The power supply to the airport shall be provided by BESCOM/ KPTCL at 66kv level. The main power station will be provided with 2 no 16mva transformers for stepping down 66kv to 11kv. From these transformers the main power system of the airport will be supplied at 11kv level. The electrical power system includes transformer stations, a distribution network, and emergency power supply. The distribution network will be planned with ring mains, so that power supply is always possible from two different sources. An auxiliary power generator system (approx. 6 MVA) is installed in the power station north which will supply the essential consumers of the Airport in case of power supply failure.
