USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenants shall comply with all applicable laws and ordinances; use the Premises for residential purposes only; and refrain from all conduct that unreasonably disturbs each other, other Tenants or neighbors of the building. No business of any sort shall be located in or conducted from the Premises. Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the Premises throughout this lease so long as they comply with its covenants.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. Resident and his or her guests will enjoy the use of the Home in a manner that does not disturb the quiet enjoyment of other residents or create a public nuisance in violation of the RRG.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Landlord agrees to make a good faith effort to provide for the maintenance of reasonable overall quiet and order throughout the premises. Tenant(s) agrees to use the premises for residential purposes only in a quiet, peaceable and lawful manner, and to refrain from any conduct that disturbs the use and quiet enjoyment of tenants in other units.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Resident will enjoy the use of the Premises in a manner that does not disturb other Residents or create a public nuisance in violation of the Handbook (referenced in paragraph 9 above).

No business of any sort shall be located in or conducted from the Apartment. No signs, advertisements or notices may be inscribed or affixed on any part of the Apartment (inside or outside) or building premises. Tenant shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the Apartment throughout the Term so long as Tenant complies with this Lease. Any violation of this provision shall constitute a default under this Lease, and this Lease may be declared forfeited as to Tenant, at MSU’s option, and result in the initiation of eviction proceedings.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. I shall comply with all applicable laws and ordinances, use the premises for residential purposes only, and refrain from all conduct that unreasonably disturbs other members, neighbors of the building, or the ICC. No business of any sort shall be located in or conducted from the premises. I am entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises throughout this contract so long as I comply with its covenants.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Tenant agrees to abide by landlord tenant laws of the State of Ohio and use the premises for residential purposes only in a quiet, peaceful and lawful manner and to refrain from any conduct which disturbs the privacy of another party. Any complaints from other tenants about excessive noise, harassment, abhorrent odors, etc. will be considered grounds for eviction proceedings. Tenant shall engage in no illegal activities on the premises. Tenant shall not store, shall not dispose of waste, chemicals, solvents, oils or other noxious or dangerous materials on the premises. Tenant shall engage in no dangerous activities. Tenant shall comply with all Federal, State, County, and City laws and rules.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenant will enjoy the use of the Premises in a manner that does not disturb other Tenants or create a public nuisance in violation of the Resident Responsibility Guide.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. Grantors have the right to reside on the Property and to benefit from all aspects of the quiet enjoyment of the Property. Grantors have the right to engage in any and all personal recreational uses of the Property, including but not limited to hiking; touring; swimming; camping, biking; hunting and fishing; that require no development of the land and are consistent with the Conservation Values.
USE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Lessor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide for the maintenance of reasonable overall quiet and order throughout the premises. Xxxxxx(s) agrees to use the premises for residential purposes only in a quiet, peaceable, and lawful manner, and to refrain from any conduct that disturbs the use and quiet enjoyment of Lessee(s) in other units. The city of Xxx Arbor has a noise ordinance and it is the Lessee’s responsibility to become familiar with the provisions of the ordinance.
