Terms Conditions and Restrictions. 1. The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the functions and values of existing or established wetlands and its natural resource values on the Easement Premises, consistent with the Permit, and the protection of the benefits to the public derived from wetlands and integral habitat, by requiring Grantor to maintain the Easement Premises in its natural and undeveloped condition.
