Developer shall provide the Affordable Units with the same level and quality of maintenance, including performance of repairs and periodic replacement of fixtures, as the Other Units.
Affordable Units shall be equitably distributed throughout the Project and shall have a consistent design, appearance, and general quality as the majority of the Other Units.
Developer may not charge more than the current industry standard per Adult Household member for application fees including credit check and screening background checks and in no event, more than the fee being charged for applicants of Other Units.
