Other Units definition

Other Units means at any time those Units which do not constitute Primary Units or Registrable Units.

Other Units means any Partnership Interests which do not constitute Registrable Securities.

Other Units means any Company Securities which do not constitute Registrable Securities.

Developer shall provide the Affordable Units with the same level and quality of maintenance, including performance of repairs and periodic replacement of fixtures, as the Other Units.

Other Units means plants, equipment and facilities for processing Used Oil in which Interline Technology is utilized in the construction and/or operation thereof. "Other Units" do not include the Initial Unit.
