Use After Termination. Where the Tribe uses a Tribal Certificate of Exemption after termination of this Agreement.
Use After Termination. Where the State has issued a Final Assessment with respect to the use of a Tribal Certificate of Exemption by a Tribal Member or Tribal Entity after termination of this Agreement and the assessment remains unpaid for 60 days after its issuance.
Use After Termination. Notwithstanding the provisions of § XII(F)(1) and § XII(F)(2) above, a Tribal Certificate of Exemption provided by a Tribe, Resident Tribal Member or Tribal Entity to a contractor for the purpose of construction, improvement, or renovation of real property as permitted in § III(A)(3) shall remain effective after the termination of this Agreement by the State until the contract is completed, but not to exceed a period of 12 months, provided, however, that such contract may not be expanded or extended after the State provides notice of its intent to terminate the Agreement; provided further that the use and benefit of such certificates shall not be extended beyond the termination of the Agreement where the Agreement is terminated by the State for cause or is voluntarily terminated by the Tribe.
Use After Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, Dealer may continue to advertise and promote the Products, using the Vendor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and Vendor Content until inventory depletion.

(a) Upon the termination (but not the expiration) of the Citi License, Primerica shall, (i) and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, subject to the provisions of Section 3.4(a) hereof, discontinue all uses of the Citi Marks within 60 days, (ii) notify the Primerica Independent Contractor Representatives that they are required to discontinue all uses of the Citi Marks within sixty (60) days in accordance with the terms of Primerica’s agent agreements and policies and (iii) use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such Primerica Independent Contractor Representatives have so ceased using the Citi Marks; provided, that any failure of the Primerica Independent Contractor Representatives to so cease use of the Citi Marks within one hundred twenty (120) days following any such termination shall be deemed a breach by Primerica of this Section 3.5(a).

Use After Termination. (a) Upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Citi License , TPC shall, and shall cause each of the Designated TPC Sublicensees to, subject to the provisions of Section 3.5(a) hereof, discontinue all uses of the Citi Marks within 60 days; provided, however, that Citigroup in its reasonable discretion may reduce such time period within which TPC and its Designated TPC Sublicensees shall discontinue any and all uses of one or more of the Citi Marks if, in Citigroup's reasonable determination, continuation of the use of such Citi Marks would have a material adverse effect upon the reputation of, or the goodwill associated with, the Citi Marks or any member of the Citigroup Affiliated Group.
Use After Termination. Notwithstanding Section 12.5, the written documents referred to in Section 12.5 which are created and/or owned by such Member or any of its professional advisers and relating to the Company (including any working papers, attendance notes, mxxx-ups of drafts and similar materials so owned and/or created) and (b) a diskette copy of the computer files referred to above in Section 12.6 (which can, with reasonable effort, be identified and deleted) may be securely stored by such Member but shall be used, or disclosed thereafter to any third party, only for the purpose of actual or potential litigation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Use After Termination. Neither Party shall use any Confidential Information of the other Party after the termination or expiration of this Agreement with respect to any or all Products for so long as such Confidential Information must be maintained confidential pursuant to Section 9.1.
Use After Termination. Client and Navitus shall cease using the other parties' Confidential Information upon termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that Navitus may retain records and use information as set forth herein, and each Receiving Party may retain Confidential Information for back-up, legal, and archival purposes, provided that such retained Confidential Information shall remain subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and provided that the Confidential Information shall be destroyed or returned as soon as reasonably practicable.
