Vendor Content definition

Vendor Content means all Content that members of the Vendor Group upload, publish, display or make available to others by using the MTIP, and all Content that is published, displayed, distributed or made available by other parties using the MTIP, but excluding Your Content and Threat Samples.
Vendor Content means the content specifically provided by Vendor to be included in the Managed Site.
Vendor Content means any and all Merchandise information, Merchandise warranty information, logos, images, and point of sale materials to Vendor or the Merchandise offered or furnished by or on behalf of Vendor or Vendor’s agents to Academy or a third party acting on behalf of Academy.

Examples of Vendor Content in a sentence

  • Vendor agrees that the Vendor Content shall not contain or link to any material that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, unfair, misleading, deceptive, malicious, or which infringes on or violates any applicable law or regulation or any proprietary, contract, moral, privacy or other third party right, or which otherwise exposes itself and/or the Company to civil or criminal liability.

  • The Company will have the right to approve or reject any Vendor Content in its reasonable discretion.

  • With the prior consent of Vendor, the Company may re-shoot or modify the Vendor Content to satisfy the Company’s reasonable marketing requirements.

  • The Parties will cooperate and facilitate discussions with Vendors with the goal of making Vendors and their Content available in the Travelport System and of ensuring that any Vendor Content made available to the Orbitz Worldwide Agencies is also made available to the Travelport System, even where such Content may be restricted to the Orbitz Worldwide Agencies.

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, “product” does not include Vendor Content.


More Definitions of Vendor Content

Vendor Content means, with respect to any Vendor, any and all Content in the Travelport System provided by that Vendor. “***” means, as of any time, any air Vendor domiciled in the United States, including without limitation, ***, with whom an Orbitz Domestic Agency has entered into a ***. *** are *** as of the Agreement Date. “*** Fee” means a fee payable to *** for a ***, as set forth in Attachment A. “***” means, with respect to an air Vendor domiciled in the United States, an arrangement in which any Orbitz Domestic Agency (i) enters into a written agreement ***. “***” means any air Segment made through a Travelport System by an Orbitz Domestic Agency on a ***. The number of *** Segments shall be determined by Travelport based on Travelport’s books and records subject to Orbitz’s right to audit under Section 16.
Vendor Content means Content that Vendor uploads, shares or transmits to, through or in connection with the Website, such as images, photos, messages, profile information, and any other materials that Vendor publicly displays or displayed in its account profile. MEDEX Content: means Content that MEDEX creates and makes available in connection with the Website including, but not limited to, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with Vendor account and all other elements and components of the Website excluding Vendor Content.
Vendor Content means, with respect to any Vendor, any and all Content in the Travelport System provided by that Vendor. “(***)” means, as of any time, any air Vendor domiciled in the United States, including without limitation, (***), with whom an Orbitz Domestic Agency has entered into a (***). (***) are (***) as of the Agreement Date. “(***) Fee” means a fee payable to (***) for a (***), as set forth in Attachment A. “(***)” means, with respect to an air Vendor domiciled in the United States, an arrangement in which any Orbitz Domestic Agency (i) enters into a written agreement (***), (ii) receives (***), and (iii) (***). “(***) means any air Segment made through a Travelport System by an Orbitz Domestic Agency on a (***). The number of (***) Segments shall be determined by Travelport based on Travelport’s books and records subject to Orbitz’s right to audit under Section 16.
Vendor Content means Content inputted or uploaded by Vendor on the TOJA App (such as Product descriptions and images, Discount(s) offered, Product pricing and shipping information, Vendor’s trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos etc).
Vendor Content which means any and all information and content that a Vendor submits to, or uses with the Site or Services. As a Vendor, you are solely responsible for your Vendor Content. By using the Site or Services, Vendor grants EatClick the exclusive right to display, and otherwise make available their Content.
Vendor Content means any information provided by Vendor to RIM, by means of the Vendor Portal or otherwise, including without limitation indirectly through an MoR.
Vendor Content means all images, product information and content including without limitation, the product data, (i) provided by Vendor to St. Eden or its Affiliates for use in connection with the Marketplace Program and (ii) otherwise made available by Vendor to the customer on the Site (“Customer”) (e.g. through Vendor's distribution or hosting of such images, content or information).
