Common use of Unpaid Personal Leaves Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Personal Leaves. (a) Effective upon the completion of the probationary period, and subject to operational requirements, Employees will be granted 2 days off without pay and no loss of benefits, each calendar year, upon the Employee’s request with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
