UNFORSEEN EVENTS. If your vehicle is unavailable overnight due to being held in a mechanical repair shop, you will be refunded for that nights hire. For all out of pocket expenses, we recommend you take the highest level of travel insurance.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS. Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances (crash, vehicle theft, etc.) we are unable to supply the vehicle requested. Campervan Village will take no responsibility if the booked vehicle is not physically present in the depot and therefore not available due to external conditions beyond our control. We will always endeavour to supply a vehicle of similar quality and characteristics.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS. The Operator will be free from liability for failing to perform hereunder due to industrial action, unsuitable weather conditions, technical problems or other events beyond the Operator’s reasonable control. The Operator shall endeavour to reschedule any Charter that is forced to cancel due to industrial action, unsuitable weather conditions and or technical problems within four weeks of the original charter. The weather shall be deemed to be unsuitable or dangerous at the sole discretion of the Master of the vessel and his decision shall relate only to safety of the vessel and its passengers. In the event that the Charterer cancels the Charter due to inclement but not dangerous or unsatisfactory weather, then the Charterer shall forfeit the deposit held by the Operator.

The CLIENT(S) cannot hold the Xxxxxxx Xxxx Lodge responsible for failure to provide basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes or interruptions of public utilities. If an Act of God were to occur preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Lodge will allow for the event to be rescheduled, pending availability, with no penalty. Last minute cancellations of outdoor site due to inclement weather will NOT be considered for refunds.

The CLIENT(S) cannot hold the Venue responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes, interruptions of public utilities or pandemics. If an Act of God were to occur preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, Venue will allow for the event to be rescheduled, pending availability, with no penalty.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS. The CLIENT(S) cannot hold XxXxxxx Realty Vacations responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes, or interruptions of public utilities. In case of a mandatory evacuation of Ocean Isle Beach during an event, XxXxxxx Realty Vacations will allow for a date change to a new available date if desired, but no refunds will be considered. Last minute cancellations of an outdoor event due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS a. Should the Venue be rendered unusable or unsuitable for the Event due to occurrences beyond SHU/XXXXXXXX CENTER’s control, this Agreement shall terminate and the Renter shall be responsible for paying only that portion of the Rental Fee and Estimate of Costs for the Venue attributed to the use of the Venue by Renter, if any, prior to such termination. If Renter has not made any use of the Venue prior to such occurrence, SHU/XXXXXXXX CENTER’s liability to Renter shall be limited to refund of any Rental Fee, Estimate of Costs and ticket receipts that SHU/XXXXXXXX CENTER has collected, less expenses incurred by SHU/XXXXXXXX CENTER in connection with the Event up to that point. SHU/XXXXXXXX CENTER shall not be responsible for any losses or damages of any type to Renter in the event of such occurrence.

We will always endeavour to supply a vehicle of similar quality and characteristics. Bad Kids Campers is not responsible for any insect infestation such as but not limited to ants, flies, cockroaches, fleas, bedbugs and mosquitoes. No refunds will be provided for any infestations mentioned above or that could have happened during the rental time.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS. Tourist(s) understand, acknowledge and agree that Safari(s) and adventurous activities may pose danger to life- or life-threatening experience. Savana Safari manages and operates Safari(s) in such a way that You must get thrilling and comfortable experience while ensuring environmental conservation. However, You may face some unforeseen events during Safari(s) for which Savana Safari shall not be held responsible – i Safari(s) may get cancelled without any prior information due to many unforeseen events such as rains, floods, government notification regarding restriction of entry in any particular area of wildlife sector, riots, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts etc. Savana Safari shall not be held liable for any such unforeseen events listed above.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS. Mitas Hill is not responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes or interruptions of public utilities. If an Act of God were to occur preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, Mitas Hill will not be held responsible. Mitas Hill reserves the right to move an outdoor ceremony inside within four hours of a ceremony due to inclement weather if there is a safety concern for you, your guests or Mitas Hill personnel. Mitas Hill is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of moving a ceremony to an alternate location. The Client may choose to move an outdoor ceremony inside due to inclement weather. The Client agrees to notify Mitas Hill at least four hours in advance of the scheduled ceremony time. Mitas Hill is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of moving a ceremony to an alternate location.
