Use of the Venue. 7.1 You may only use the Venue in accordance with the description of the Event and/or Venue use provided by you to FCCCT.

Use of the Venue. 1. The Hirer shall keep the Venue clean and tidy and shall ensure that the Venue is regularly litter picked during the event. The Hirer shall further ensure that the Council’s obligations under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 – Code of Practice on Litter and Refuse and any subsequential legislation are discharged.

Use of the Venue. 8.1 ASM hereby grants Licensee, upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a license to use the Licensed Areas, including all improvements, furniture, fixtures, easements, rights of ingress and egress, and appurtenances thereto, during the Designated Times. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following terms of use shall apply:
Use of the Venue. No direction signs, balloons etc are permitted on routes leading to Angel House. The Hirer and his agents must ensure that all furniture brought into the house has sufficient protection on the legs to ensure the parkay floor is not scratched or damaged. No confetti or glitter of any type is permitted at The Venue. No nails, pins, sellotape or glue are permitted to be used anywhere at The Venue. Any decorative materials brought onto the premises must comply with Fire Protection Regulations. Proof of this may be requested. No items should be attached to the walls. The Hirer and his agents must seek the permission of The Venue for the re-‐ positioning and use of any existing items. This includes items such as furniture, floral displays. All tables, chairs and furniture inside the buildings of Angel House are not for outside use. No naked flames may be used at The Venue apart from candles on the tables where appropriate fire precautions have been made. There is strictly no smoking allowed inside The Venue – this includes within the Best Bedroom. No animals are permitted at The Venue with the exception of Guide Dogs. No more than 12 children under the age of 16 may attend any event at The Venue at one time unless by prior arrangement. In case of any damages The Venue will take a payment from your debit/credit card. The Venue shall not deliver or arrange for delivery of any goods or materials to the Venue unless prior arrangements have been made. The Hirer shall leave The Venue in a clean and orderly state at the end of The Hire Period with all rubbish, flowers and foliage, decorations and bottles removed. The Venue may, at their discretion, charge The Hirer for any excessive cleaning required or for the disposal of any rubbish or decorations not removed by midnight on the night of the hire. The Venue reserves the right to decline the usage of a specific external wedding dresser if they are not considered suitable for the venues facilities. Floors – Angel House is a historic grade 1 listed building with many valuable parket floors. We supply heel covers for all guests who choose to wear stiletto heels that may cause damage to these floors. These must be worn in these areas without exception to preserve for other people to enjoy.
