UNDERSTANDING OF RISK. The Purchaser recognizes that an investment in the Company involves substantial risks. The Purchaser acknowledges that it has carefully considered and has, to the extent the Purchaser believes the discussion necessary, discussed with the Purchaser's professional, legal, financial and tax advisers, the Purchaser's investment in the Company.
UNDERSTANDING OF RISK. You have read and understood the Risk Disclosure Statement, and you understand and are prepared to accept the degree of risk involved in the entry into Transactions under this Agreement; in particular, you understand the nature of the Transactions contemplated under this Agreement and that such Transactions are subject to complex risks which may arise without warning and may result in substantial losses.
UNDERSTANDING OF RISK. The Purchaser has experience in and is familiar with the Business and is fully aware of: (i) the highly speculative nature of the investment in the Shares; (ii) the financial hazards involved; (iii) the lack of liquidity of the Shares and the restrictions on transferability of the Shares (e.g., that Purchasers may not be able to sell or dispose of the Shares or use them as collateral for loans); and (iv) the qualifications and backgrounds of the management of Company.
UNDERSTANDING OF RISK. I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT,], WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF IACIS OR OTHERWISE. I understand that by participating in the Event and/or being on the premises of the Facility, I may be exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, germs, bacteria, viruses, infections, or maladies, and/or any mutation or variation thereof, whether now known or later discovered, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or other medical conditions, diseases, germs, bacteria, viruses, infections, or maladies, and/or any mutation or variation thereof, whether now known or later discovered, at the Facility may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others, including the Releasees and other participants.
