Tuition Reimbursement Employees of the. Village may enroll in job-related undergraduate college, university or technical school courses or participate in other types of studies on non-work time which will have the effect of improving their occupational skills. Tuition reimbursement in an approved course of study is limited to a maximum of six (6) credit hours per semester. The Employer retains the discretion to approve or deny any request for tuition reimbursement by an employee. In order for an employee to be eligible to seek tuition reimbursement, the employee shall:
