Trustee's Report. Trustee Xxxx reported that he attended a briefing session in Nanaimo, BC on May 14, 2012 regarding proposed ferry fare increases within the Islands Trust area. Trustee Black advised that he participated in a meeting in Courtenay, BC on May 17, 2012 with Comox Valley Regional District elected and staff representatives on various matters of common interest.
Trustee's Report. As soon as practicable after each Valuation Date ---------------- and at such other times, if any, as agreed upon between the Trustee and the Committee, and as soon as practicable after the removal or resignation of the Trustee under Section 9.15, the Trustee will file with the Committee a report setting forth the Fair Market Value of the Trust Fund and all investments, receipts and disbursements and other transactions of the Trust Fund since the date of the last such report. The Trustee will be entitled to rely completely on the Fair Market Value of UPS Stock as determined by the Board or an independent appraiser in preparing such report. Upon the expiration of 180 days from the filing of the Trustee's report, the Trustee will be forever released, relieved and discharged from any liability or accountability to the Committee and the Employer Companies with respect to the propriety of its actions or the transactions shown by such report except with respect to those acts or transactions to which the Committee, within such 180 day period, has filed with the Trustee its inquiry or objection, and neither the Committee nor any Employer Company will have the right to demand or be entitled to any further or different accounting by the Trustee with respect to any matter which was not the subject of a timely inquiry or objection by the Committee. However, nothing in this Plan will relieve the Trustee from liability to Participants or Beneficiaries as a result of its violation of ERISA.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.
