BRIEFING SESSION. There will be a compulsory briefing session for this bid but bidders are also encouraged to enquire or seek clarity to any aspect of the bid no later than 72 hours before closing date using ▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. BID DOCUMENT CHECKLIST A completed and signed bid document must be submitted in a file. The bid/tender documentation must be placed into a file with dividers between every schedule. The schedule must be numbered as follows: Schedule 1 All documents for minimum requirements Schedule 2 The Functionality criteria documentation Schedule 3 Certified ID copies of the directors / trustees / shareholders and their shareholding percentages Schedule 4 Sworn affidavit or valid B-BBEE status levels verification certificate, substantiating your B-BBEE rating. 1 the power, by one person or a group of persons holding the majority of the equity of an enterprise, alternatively, the person/s having the deciding vote or power to influence or to direct the course and decisions of the enterprise.

BRIEFING SESSION. 4.1 A briefing in webinar format on this industry consultation will be held on 8 October 2024 (Tuesday). Interested parties may register by completing and submitting the registration form in Annex D by 30 September 2024 to e-mail address ▇▇▇_▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. We will confirm with the registered parties on the briefing details, including the URL for the webinar, on or before 7 October 2024.

BRIEFING SESSION. No briefing session will be conducted. Technical enquiries may be directed to the Project Manager on the contact details reflected on the tender advert (page 5).

BRIEFING SESSION. The unions encourage the company and the union representative to hold a quarterly briefing session on the employment situation. The meeting also discusses the need for retraining of employees and the intake of apprentices.

BRIEFING SESSION briefing will be on the 26th of May 2017 at Mbombela Civic Centre, Mayor’s Parlour @ 10:00. Failure to attend a site visit will render your submission non-responsive.

BRIEFING SESSION. Should there be a compulsory briefing session for this Bid, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must ensure that they attend the briefing session and sign the attendance register, as non-attendance or failure to sign the attendance register will automatically disqualify a Bidder from submitting a proposal for this Bid. All questions raised by Bidders post the briefing session will be consolidated and shared with all Bidders at least seven (7) calendar days prior to closing.

BRIEFING SESSION. A compulsory briefing session shall be conducted for this tender. Technical enquiries may be directed to the project manager in writing. The Project Manager will respond in writing all queries relating to this project, and consistency and fairness purpose, the response to the queries will be circulated to all bidders who attended the briefing session. The cut-off date for the submission of comments, queries and clarifications will be 21 June 2019. All queries received after the above mentioned cut-off date will not be attended. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that previously attended the briefing session on this are still required to attend. Failure to attend this session will lead to disqualification of the bidder.
