Transport of Employees. Where an Employee normally uses public transport and is required to commence and/or conclude overtime or shiftwork between 8.30pm and 6.00am at a time when public transport is not available, the Employer shall provide them with a conveyance to and/or from their residence or pay them their current wage for the time reasonably occupied in travelling to and/or from their residence.
