Common use of Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. a) No Employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the Employee’s consent. If an Employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of six (6) months, the Employee shall retain and accumulate seniority during such transfer. Should the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unit.

Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. a) No Employee employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit Bargaining Unit without the Employee’s their consent. If an Employee employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit Bargaining Unit, they shall retain their seniority up to the date of leaving the unit, for a period of six sixty (660) working days, or three (3) months, the Employee shall retain and accumulate seniority during such transfer. Should the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unitwhichever is greater.

Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. (a) No Employee employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the Employee’s his/her consent. If an Employee employee is permanently transferred or promoted to a position outside of the bargaining unit other than those referred to in 14:01, he/she shall retain his/her accumulated seniority, for a maximum period of six two (62) monthsyears, the Employee shall retain and but will not accumulate any further seniority during such transfer. Should the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unitwhile occupying a management position.

If an Employee employee is transferred to and/or applies for a non-Union position outside of the bargaining unit this employee shall retain their seniority for a period of six twelve (612) months, months acquired at the Employee shall retain and accumulate seniority during such transfer. Should date of leaving the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unit.

During the period of time that an employee is transferred to in a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of six (6) monthsunit, the Employee employee shall retain and accumulate seniority during such transfer. Should not pay union dues, nor shall they enjoy any rights under the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unitCollective Agreement.
