Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. a) No Employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the Employee’s consent. If an Employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of six (6) months, the Employee shall retain and accumulate seniority during such transfer. Should the Employee not return to the bargaining unit within six (6) months, the Employee shall lose all seniority rights to the bargaining unit.
