Common use of Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit. No employee shall be transferred or promoted to a position outside the Bargaining Unit without the employee's consent. Where an employee is voluntarily transferred or promoted outside the Bargaining Unit, she shall have the right to return to her position in the Bargaining Unit within fifteen (15) calendar days.
