Transfer of Production. If Hospira becomes subject to an event of force majeure which interferes with production of Product at the Facility, the parties shall mutually agree on implementation of an agreed-upon action plan to transfer production of Product to another Hospira plant. The parties shall, after the execution of this Agreement and at the request of either party, meet to discuss and define such an action plan.

If Abbott becomes subject to an event of force majeure or problems are encountered which interfere with production of Product at Xxxxxx’x McPherson, Kansas plant, the parties shall agree mutually on implementation of an agreed upon action plan to transfer production to another Abbott plant. Transfer of Production. Neither Tyco Healthcare, nor any Affiliate of Tyco Healthcare, has any intent to transfer the production of the Products outside of the Boulder, Colorado or Tijuana, Mexico facilities where such Products are currently produced.
Transfer of Production. Upon completion of the development of each Licensed Product, the Parties shall cooperate to transfer the commercial Production of the Licensed Product from Company to BRAHMS. Transfer of Production. It is agreed between the parties that there is a possibility that DMDS will be in charge of the production of the wireless cameras for the North American market. If D.M.D.S. chooses this option, DDM promises to collaborate with D.M.D.S. (meaning to provide the documentation, the manufacturing instructions, the existing information relating to the production of the wireless cameras), so that D.M.D.S. could continue the production of these cameras. For this doing, D.M.D.S. must inform, by all means agree by the parties, the company DDM, at least three months in advance. However, the royalties will continue to be paid to DDM by D.M.D.S.
