Training and Exercise Plan Workshop. States and Urban Areas are required to conduct an annual Improvement Plan Workshop (IPW) and a Training and Exercise Plan Workshop (TEPW). A Multi-year Training and Exercise Plan must be developed from the workshops and submitted to the State’s respective Exercise Manager and Program Analyst. This plan must be updated annually. The Training and Exercise Plan will include the State’s prioritized capabilities and a multi-year training and exercise schedule that supports the identified capabilities.

Training and Exercise Plan Workshop. States and Urban Areas are required to conduct an annual Training and Exercise Plan Workshop (TEPW). A Multi-year Training and Exercise Plan must be developed from the workshops on an annual basis and submitted to the States respective Exercise Program point of contact. The State Exercise Program point of contact should submit a copy of the State and Urban Area plans to xxxxx@xxx.xxx. The Training and Exercise Plan will include the State’s program priorities and a Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan (schedule) that supports the identified priorities and aligned capabilities. In addition to submission of the Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan to xxxxx@xxx.xxx, all scheduled training and exercises should be entered into the HSEEP National Exercise Scheduling (NEXUS) System, located in the HSEEP Toolkit on the HSEEP website xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx.xxx. States must complete a cycle of progressive exercise activities during the period of this grant. Exercises conducted by States and Urban Areas may be used to fulfill similar exercise requirements required by other grant programs. For example, HHS preparedness programs require joint exercises between public health departments, the health care sector and medical countermeasure authorities including law enforcement which could provide collaborative opportunities. To this end, grantees are encouraged to invite representatives/planners involved with other federally-mandated or private exercise activities. States and Urban Areas are encouraged to share, at a minimum, the multi-year training and exercise schedule with those departments, agencies, and organizations included in the plan.  Exercise Scenarios. The scenarios used in HSGP-funded exercises must be based on the State/Urban Area’s THIRA. The scenarios used in HSGP-funded exercises must focus on testing capabilities, must be large enough in scope and size to exercise multiple activities and warrant involvement from multiple disciplines and/or jurisdictions and non-governmental organizations, and take into account the needs and requirements for individuals with disabilities. Exercise scenarios should align with priorities and capabilities identified in the Multi-year Training and Exercise Plan.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.
