Timing of Reviews. Reviews shall be carried out six-monthly during the currency of this Agreement; and at such other times as are required by any Party on giving reasonable written notice to the other.
Timing of Reviews. The Design Review Committee shall have thirty (30) business days after receipt to review and approve or disapprove each submission. The Committee shall have the right to be included by request, in an advisory capacity, in the review of exterior wall and material mockups and such other design elements that have an impact on Burholme Park as a whole (including but not limited to reviewing such items in the field at the Project Area). The Committee shall have seven days from reviewing the exterior walls, materials, and mockups to provide comments to Fox Chase.

  • Duration of Review This Articulation Agreement shall be effective from the date of affixing signatures and is subject to annual review by all parties affixing signatures. Course requirement information must include course prerequisites, course content, grading policy, attendance requirements, course completion requirements, performance standards, information on adding and dropping courses and other related course information. ● Promoting articulated credit opportunities among qualified high school students, parents and high school faculty. ● Ensuring proper Technical Education Data System (TEDS) data entry is maintained to allow for student testing. ● Ensuring articulated credit documentation (e.g., high school transcript with state course codes identified, CTE EOP assessment certificate(s), industry certification certificate(s)) is provided to the student upon meeting requirements.   • Scope of Review I conducted my review in accordance with Thai Standard on Review Engagements 2410, “Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity.” A review of interim financial information consists of making inquires, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with Thai Standards on Auditing and consequently does not enable me to obtain assurance that I would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, I do not express an audit opinion.

  • Plan Review Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as additional rent, the reasonable costs of professional services and costs for general conditions of Landlord's third party consultants if utilized by Landlord (but not Landlord's "in-house" personnel) for review of all plans, specifications and working drawings for any Alterations, within ten (10) business days after Tenant's receipt of invoices either from Landlord or such consultants. In addition, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, within ten (10) business days after completion of any Alterations, a fee to cover Landlord's costs of supervising and administering the installation of such Alterations, in the amount of eight percent (8%) of the cost of such Alterations, but in no event less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

  • Effect of Review Interconnected Transmission Owner's and Transmission Provider’s reviews of Interconnection Customer's initial drawings of the Customer Interconnection Facilities shall not be construed as confirming, endorsing or providing a warranty as to the fitness, safety, durability or reliability of such facilities or the design thereof. At its sole cost and expense, Interconnection Customer shall make such changes to the design of the Customer Interconnection Facilities as may reasonably be required by Transmission Provider, in consultation with the Interconnected Transmission Owner, to ensure that the Customer Interconnection Facilities meet Applicable Standards and, to the extent that design of the Customer Interconnection Facilities is included in the Facilities Study, to ensure that such facilities conform with the Facilities Study.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • AUDIT REVIEW PROCEDURES A. Any dispute concerning a question of fact arising under an interim or post audit of this AGREEMENT that is not disposed of by AGREEMENT, shall be reviewed by LOCAL AGENCY’S Chief Financial Officer.

  • Claims Review The IRO shall perform the Claims Review annually to cover each of the five Reporting Periods. The IRO shall perform all components of each Claims Review.

  • Program Review The Contracting Officer or other authorized government representative may hold semi- annual program review meetings. Such meetings will be held via telecom or video teleconferencing. However, the Government reserves the right to request a meeting in person. The meetings will include all BPA holders, representatives from prospective customer agencies, a combination of current and prospective customer agencies, or individual BPA holders. Some Federal Government Agencies and any approved State, Local and Tribal agencies may establish a central program management function. Such users may require their primary suppliers to participate in agency program review meetings on a periodic basis, at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.
