Timing of Parkland Dedication and Maintenance. Landowner shall offer for dedication park sites concurrent with the recording of the affected small lot subdivision map and shall improve the park sites in accordance with the Specific Plan to City standards. Landowner desires to maintain parks planned for Parcels #8 and #32 in conjunction with the development and marketing of the Project at no expense to the City. In consideration of Landowner’s or homeowner association’s interim maintenance of these two parks, City shall not accept the offer of dedication until Landowner has determined that maintenance of these parks is no longer necessary for marketing purposes, or fifteen(15) years from the offer of dedication, whichever occurs first. Prior to City’s acceptance of the offer of dedication, Landowner may impose reasonable restrictions upon the public use of such parks. Upon 90- days written notice to the City, the City may accept the offer of dedication and if accepted, shall thereafter maintain the parks. Prior to acceptance of the offer of dedication, the Landowner must insure the park meets City standards in effect at the time of park construction. Landowner shall be entitled to credits against the City’s parkland dedication and improvement ordinance at the time of the offer of the dedication and the construction of the improvements, provided however, that the amount of the credit shall be limited to the amount of the park fees allocable to such park(s).

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF RESIDENCE FACILITIES The Student is responsible for the care of rooms, furnishings and equipment in the residence facilities, and for keeping the Student’s residence and shared common areas clean and sanitary, including, but not limited to, taking reasonable steps to control pests and insects. Furniture or fixtures are assigned to residence facilities and common areas on a room or area basis by UCF DHRL, and may not be moved or transferred from the assigned room or area without prior written or electronically reproducible permission from UCF DHRL. Changes or modifications to residence accommodations are prohibited, unless specifically authorized by a prior written or electronically reproducible approval from UCF DHRL.
