Timing and Duration of Election. The Generation Interconnection Customer shall make an initial election under this section no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service. Thereafter, the Generation Interconnection Customer may make the election authorized by this Section 2.5 only once in each calendar year and must notify Transmission Provider of such an election no later than May 1, and no sooner than March 15, of each year. Each such election shall be effective commencing on June 1 following Transmission Provider’s receipt of notice of the election. An election under this Section 2.5 shall remain in effect unless and until the Generation Interconnection Customer modifies or terminates it in a subsequent election made in accordance with the terms of this section.

  • Entry into force and duration 1. This Agreement shall enter into force one month after the date of exchange of the instruments of ratification by the Contracting Parties. The Agreement shall remain in force for a period of ten years. Unless notice of termination is given by either Contracting Party at least six months before the expiry of its period of validity, this Agreement shall be tacitly extended each time for a further period of ten years, it being understood that each Contracting Party reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notification given at least six months before the date of expiry of the current period of validity.

  • ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION OF MOBILITY 2.1 The agreement shall enter into force on the date when the last of the two parties signs.

  • Refund During Cooling-Off Period The PEI will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties.   • Compensation During Dispute If a purported termination occurs following a Change in Control and during the Term and the Date of Termination is extended in accordance with Section 7.3 hereof, the Company shall continue to pay the Executive the full compensation in effect when the notice giving rise to the dispute was given (including, but not limited to, salary) and continue the Executive as a participant in all compensation, benefit and insurance plans in which the Executive was participating when the notice giving rise to the dispute was given, until the Date of Termination, as determined in accordance with Section 7.3 hereof.
