Performance During Dispute. Pending the submission of and/or decision on a Dispute and until the arbitral award is published, the Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement without prejudice to a final adjustment in accordance with such award.
Performance During Dispute. Unless otherwise directed by (Recipient), Contractor shall continue performance under this Contract while matters in dispute are being resolved.

Subject to the rights of the parties to cancel this Agreement or suspend their performance as set forth in this Agreement, Contractor shall continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement during the pendency of any Dispute; provided, however, that GRTC may seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, including specific performance or other interim or permanent relief, if the Dispute involves (a) threatened or actual breach by Contractor of the confidentiality provisions of Article 13 hereof or the terms and conditions of the Parties’ Confidentiality Agreement set forth in Attachment D or (b) risk to the safety or security of persons or property, if in GRTC’s judgment such relief is necessary to prevent injury or damage; provided further, that despite any such action by GRTC, the parties shall continue to proceed in good faith in the dispute procedures outlined herein.
Performance During Dispute. 18.5.1 Pending the submission of and/or decision on a Dispute by KERC, the Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement, subject to any interim order that may be passed by KERC, without prejudice to a final adjustment in accordance with such decision by KERC.
