TERM AND DURATION. 4.1 The Company shall commence upon the filing of the Certificate of Formation, and shall continue in full force and effect until May 1, 2024, provided, however, that the Company shall be dissolved prior to such date upon the happening of any of the following events:
TERM AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence on the 16th day of August, 2017, and shall go through the 25th day of May, 2018. Either party may cancel this CONTRACT with or without cause on a thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. Said notice shall be delivered to each party at the address listed at the heading of this CONTRACT or at such other address as may be designated by the party receiving the notice from time to time. The obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure contemplated herein shall subsist for a period of 3 years after disclosure, however so that obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure contemplated herein related to design, technical solutions and know-how shall remain in effect indefinitely.

TERM AND DURATION. 2.1 (A) Subject to Condition 3 (Conditions Precedent), the provisions of, and the rights and obligations of the Parties under, the Contract for Difference shall become effective and binding on the Agreement Date; and
