Performance During Dispute. Each party is required to continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement pending final resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, unless to do so would be commercially impossible or impractical under the circumstances.

Related to Performance During Dispute

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
