Time-Share Project and Sales Information. Borrower will deliver current price lists for Time-Share Interests to Lender from to time to time within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of a written request from Lender to do so. Borrower will deliver to Lender from time to time, as available and promptly upon amendment or effective date, sales literature, registrations/consents to sell, and final subdivision public reports/public offering statements/prospectuses. Borrower will deliver to Lender any changes which Borrower proposes or any other person having the power to do so proposes be made to the Time-Share Program Consumer Documents and/or the Time-Share Program Governing Documents last delivered to Lender, together with a description and explanation of the changes; and other items requested by Lender which relate to the Time-Share Interests.

  • Project Information Except for confidential information designated by the City as information not to be shared, Consultant agrees to share Project information with, and to fully cooperate with, those corporations, firms, contractors, public utilities, governmental entities, and persons involved in or associated with the Project.
