Underwriters’ Information shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.
Underwriters’ Information means information and statements relating solely to the Underwriters which have been provided by the Underwriters to the Company for use in any Offering Document;

The Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with the offering of the Offered Notes will, at the time of such delivery, be identical to any electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX, except to the extent permitted by Regulation S-T.
Examples of Underwriters’ Information in a sentence
The Registration Statement did not, as of each applicable Effective Date, contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading; provided that no representation or warranty is made as to information contained in or omitted from the Registration Statement in reliance upon and in conformity with the Underwriters’ Information (as defined in Section 8(e) hereof).

Underwriters’ Information means the names of the Underwriters contained on the cover page of the Pricing Prospectus and the Final Prospectus and the following disclosure contained in the “Underwriting” section of the Final Prospectus: statements that relate to the amount of selling concession and re-allowance or to over-allotment and stabilization and related activities that may be undertaken by the Underwriters.

Underwriters’ Information means the statements set forth on the cover page of the Prospectus on the line across from “Price to public,” in the table listing the Underwriters and the “Principal Amount of Offered Notes” under the heading “Underwriting” in the Prospectus, in the table listing the concession and reallowance percentages under the heading “Underwriting” in the Prospectus, in the table listing the amount of the Underwriter’s discounts and commissions under the heading “Underwriting” in the Prospectus and in the penultimate paragraph under the heading “Underwriting” in the Prospectus.
Underwriters’ Information has the meaning given such term in the Indemnification Agreement.
