TIME OF ARRIVAL. The SPEAKER/LECTURER agrees to be present at (location) in Fayetteville, AR at (time, day, date) for a staging and sound check prior to the presentation and will remain present at the performance site until completion of said presentation.

TIME OF ARRIVAL. The “ARTIST” agrees to be present at (location) in Fayetteville, AR at (time, day, date) for a staging and sound check prior to the performance and remain present at the performance site until completion of said performance. The “ARTIST” must contact the “UNIVERSITY” no later than two days prior to performance to confirm arrival times, lodging arrangements, and other information pertinent to implementation of this contract. In the event the “ARTIST” is substantially late for the performance, or if a vital performing member(s) is/are not present, or if in the opinion of a professional staff member of the “UNIVERSITY” the “ARTIST” is unable to perform in a professional manner due to being under the influence of any intoxicating beverage or illegal drugs, the “UNIVERSITY” reserves the right to prorate this agreement, make an adjustment in fee, or cancel the performance. In such an event, “ARTIST” shall reimburse “UNIVERSITY” for its costs as described in the “CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT” section below.
TIME OF ARRIVAL. Entertainer or Entertainer’s Agent (“Agent”) shall notify the University’s Representative at least 48 hours prior to the hour of performance stating the exact time of arrival, location Entertainer is staying, and the method of transportation. If delays are incurred in route to the performance site that might affect the performance time, proper notification shall be given to the University’s Representative as promptly as possible.

  • Time and Place The closing for the exchange (the "Closing") will be held at the offices of Klehr, Harrison, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx LLP ("KHHBE"), located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00000-0000, on May 4, 1998 (the "Closing Date") or as soon as practicable after the satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 8.1 hereof, provided that, if the Closing has not been completed by May 31, 1998, this Agreement will terminate and neither party will have any further obligations to the other except for any breach of its obligations hereunder.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION This project’s start date is scheduled for June 15, 2015 and completion date is July 31, 2015. The Contractor agrees to proceed with the work expeditiously without any delay or cessation, except such as may reasonably be beyond his control, and to employ a force of workmen sufficient so to perform the work covered by this Contract in such manner as to expedite the work of such other Contractors as may be engaged upon the work, as further provided in the Instructions to Bidders, to the end that the work to be performed by the Contractor shall be fully completed on or before the 31st day of July, 2015, subject to such adjustment of said date as may be made in accordance with this Contract. It is specifically agreed that the Contractor shall be bounden for damages, as hereinafter provided, for each and every day's delay which may be due or traceable to the Contract. In case the Contractor shall fail to perform fully the Contract within the agreed time limit, he shall pay to the City of Milwaukee, as liquidated damages for such default, the sum of $250.00 per day for each and every day's delay in completing the performance thereof after such time limit.

  • TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION 2.1 The Contractor shall commence the Work upon the date established in the Notice to Proceed.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Days of Rest An employee shall be granted two (2) consecutive days of rest during each seven (7) day period unless operational requirements do not so permit.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
