Third Party Products Warranties. 3.1 We are authorized by each Developer to grant access to the Third Party Software.
Third Party Products Warranties. 2.1 The Third Party Hardware will be new and unused, and upon payment in full, you will receive free and clear title to the Third Party Hardware. Tyler warrants that it is authorized to sell, deliver and/or install the Third Party Hardware.

City acknowledges that Vendor is not the manufacturer of the Third Party Products. Vendor does not warrant or guarantee the performance of the Third Party Products. However, Vendor grants and passes through to City any warranty that Vendor may receive from the Developer or supplier of the Third Party Products.

The City acknowledges that Contractor is not the manufacturer of the Third Party Products. Contractor does not warrant or guarantee the performance of the Third Party Products. However, Contractor grants and passes through to you any warranty that Contractor may receive from the Developer or supplier of the Third Party Products.
Third Party Products Warranties. Any warranties for Third Party Products provided hereunder will be passed on to Customer according to such third party vendor’s warranty coverage. Customer will follow the required provisions in order to obtain warranty service on such third party products.
