Warranty Coverage. The warranty on work and materials commences on your date of possession and provides up to a maximum of $300,000 in coverage. There are limitations on scope and duration as follows. Your builder warrants that your home will, on delivery, have these warranties: One-Year Warranty • Your home is constructed in a workmanlike manner, free from defects in material, is fit for habitation and complies with Ontario’s Building Code • Protects against the unauthorized substitution of items specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale or selected by you Two-Year Warranty • Protects against water penetration through the basement or foundation walls, windows, and the building envelope • Covers defects in work or materials in the electrical, plumbing, and heating delivery and distribution systems • Covers defects in work or materials that result in the detachment, displacement, or deterioration of exterior cladding (such as brick work, aluminum, or vinyl siding) • Protects against violations of Ontario’s Building Code that affect health and safety Seven-Year Warranty • Protects against defects in work or materials that affect a structural load-bearing element of the home resulting in structural failure or that materially and adversely compromise the structural integrity; and/or that materially and adversely affect the use of a significant portion of the home. And the protection provided by Tarion is also limited. Exclusions to coverage include: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper maintenance, damage caused by a third party, secondary damage caused by defects that are under warranty, supplementary warranties, deficiencies caused by homeowner actions, elevators, HVAC appliances, specific defects accepted in writing and damage resulting from an Act of God.

Warranty Coverage. If a product becomes defective within the Xantrex LLC contractual warranty period, one of the following options, as selected by Xantrex LLC, will be performed at no charge for materials or labor costs, unless this should be impossible or disproportionate. It is mandatory that customer notify Xantrex LLC of the Product defect within the Warranty Period, and provided that Xantrex LLC, or designated service partner, through inspection establishes the existence of such a defect and that it is covered by this Contractual Warranty: • Repairing the product onsite, • Repairing the product at Xantrex LLC, or designated repair facility, or • Exchange the Product with a Replacement Product (of equivalent value according to model and age) Alternatively, at Xantrex LLC's sole discretion, cash compensation equal to the Product’s residual value may be offered1. The term “disproportionate” applies in particular if the costs to Xantrex LLC were deemed unreasonable according to the following criteria: • With reference to the value the product would have without the defect • Taking into account the significance of the defect, and • After consideration of alternative workaround possibilities available to the customer without significant inconvenience If Xantrex LLC, or designated service partner, repairs or replaces a Product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of the return shipment to the customer, whichever is greater. Warranty Coverage. This Warranty is to be read in conjunction with and is subject to the Viridian Glass Limited "Terms and Conditions of Salein force at the time of sale. In the event that the Product fails to meet the terms of the Warranty set out in section 1, and such failure is caused by the direct result of a defect in the material or manufacture of the Product, Viridian Glass Limited will at its option replace the Product or refund the original invoice value of the Product. Warranty Coverage. This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty Coverage. If there is a defect in material or factory workmanship covered by this Warranty reported to Fagor during the period the applicable Warranty is in force and effect, Fagor will repair or replace, at Fagor’s option, that part of the Equipment that has become defective. Fagor will cover labor cost within one year from the Warranty Commencement date or 15 months from shipment date, whichever occurs first with the exception of the Glass washer models which will be 90 days labor and one year parts warranty. Fagor shall bear all labor costs in connection with the installation of these replacement parts, provided that, the installation is conducted by Fagor or its authorized representative. Charges for warranty travel time to round trip total of (2) two hours or up to 100 miles total. Any charges exceeding those stated herein must have prior authorization by Xxxxx.
Warranty Coverage. Fiber Composites LLC, individually and doing business as Fiberon (“Fiberon”) warrants the stain and fade resistance of Fiberon Decking products when properly installed and used as decking in residential applications. This warranty applies only to Fiberon decking products listed below and manufactured by Fiberon and is extended to the original homeowner (Purchaser), as long as they own the residence upon which the decking materials are installed.
