The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: the performance of VITG's obligations under this Agreement may be contingent upon or affected by the acts or omissions of third parties, end users or suppliers (Third Party Inputs); and despite anything to the contrary and to the maximum extent permitted by Law, VITG will not be responsible, and will have no Liability, for any default or breach of this Agreement or the Law to the extent such default or breach was caused by or contributed to by any Third-Party Inputs (including any delay, omission, defect, or default in those Third-Party Inputs).
